Information about the webinar

With the risk-based approach of the AI Act, the EU is taking a significant step forward towards the responsible use of AI.

But when does a computer system or algorithm fall under the term 'AI' and how do you determine whether an AI is "high" or "unacceptable" risk? Which compliance requirements will apply, and with which parties will they be placed? Not only developers of AI will have to deal with this, but also customers: a company that uses AI for the selection of management professionals or a delivery service that wants drivers to drive more efficiently with a purchased algorithm is just as bound by the new, strict rules.

After attending this webinar, you will be able to:

  • Explain and apply the structure and terminology of the AI Act
  • Classify an AI system according to the risk classification and designate the associated obligations
  • Explain the relationship between the AI Act and other relevant legislation (GDPR, product liability, Cybersecurity, etc)
