Bram de Vos

Bram de Vos works as Senior Legal Counsel and Section Coordinator for Commercial Contracts at ICTRecht. Bram is involved in drafting and negotiating IT contracts and advises, among other things, on complex outsourcing and migration projects. He specialises primarily in contract law and software copyright law, but also works in the areas of corporate law and privacy and data protection law. As section coordinator, he closely monitors new case law, regulation and other developments relevant to contract practice, ensuring that ICTRecht and its clients can respond to these in a timely manner.

In addition to his advisory practice, Bram regularly provides training on IT contracts and related topics, including within the ICTRecht Academy and for publisher Lefebvre Sdu. He also fulfils a coordinating role as managing editor of the Journal for Internet Law.

In his spare time, Bram enjoys spending time with his family and friends, playing the drums, or riding his mountain bike in the forest.
