Legal Advisor

Bram de Vos works as a Legal Advisor at Legal ICT and specializes in legal questions regarding cloud computing and software licenses. Bram is involved in drafting and negotiating IT contracts and advises on complex IT migration projects, among other things. He has experience with contract law and intellectual property law. Bram also advises on questions related to corporate law, privacy and telecommunication law. His clientele consists of a mix of buyers and suppliers of software and cloud solutions. In addition to his advisory practice, Bram regularly provides training on the aforementioned subjects.

Outside his daily legal practice, Bram is interested in the impact of technological developments on society. He likes to delve into topics such as big data and the civic and social influence of the internet.
