Years of experience in the field of privacy & law

Legal ICT can fulfil the role of DPO for your organisation and take care of privacy-related matters. For example, Legal ICT can support your organisation with various privacy issues, including the use of personal data.

In their role as DPO, our privacy lawyers can perform a wide range of tasks for you, including creating privacy awareness in your organisation, advising on and monitoring compliance with the GDPR, reviewing privacy documents and concluding data processing agreements.

In addition, your external DPO will serve as the contact for the Dutch Data Protection Authority and all data subjects.

Options for your organisation

1. Remote DPO

We will be your virtual DPO. Operating remotely, we will ensure that your organisation is compliant with all relevant regulations. You will be flexible in the number of hours you wish to purchase. This DPO will be registered with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

2. In-house DPO

Do you prefer in-house support? Use our secondment service. We can add an expert DPO to your company. This ensures you always have the right knowledge in your company. This DPO will be registered with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

3. Additional support for your in-house DPO

Has your organisation already appointed a DPO, but you need additional support in relation to the GDPR? We can support your DPO.
