Irone Huyssen van Kattendijke

Irone Huyssen van Kattendijke works as a Legal Counsel at ICTRecht. Irone specialises in implementing data protection legislation within organisations and advising on privacy and data protection issues. She does so as a legal counsel, privacy officer or Data Protection Officer (DPO). Irone also delivers training through the ICTRecht Academy. She has experience in the commercial sector and in (higher) education, and is comfortable advising in English. Irone is a Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe (CIPP/E).

Irone obtained her Bachelor of Laws at Erasmus University Rotterdam and subsequently completed a Master’s in Civil Law at Leiden University. During her studies she gained experience at various law firms and engaged in a range of extracurricular activities.
