Annick Blauw

Annick works as Legal Counsel at ICTRecht. In this role, she deals with legal issues in the fields of healthcare law and IT legislation. Her focus is on advising and informing clients about the obligations that apply to the online provision of healthcare, as well as on legally qualifying clients’ systems and identifying the resulting statutory and regulatory obligations.

After completing a bachelor’s degree in Law at the University of Groningen, specialising in IT law, she successfully completed the master’s programme in Healthcare Law at the University of Amsterdam. During her studies, she gained practical experience as a student intern at a start-up, where she worked on both healthcare legislation and privacy-related issues.
