Annika Winkel

Annika Winkel works as Legal Counsel at ICTRecht. In this role, she supports public authorities and businesses with privacy matters and other legal issues. Annika is a Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe (CIPP/E).

Annika has completed the master’s programmes in IT Law and Dutch Law, specialising in criminal law. During her studies, she gained experience at the IT Law Legal Advice Centre and carried out extensive committee work for the IT Law Association. Before starting as a legal adviser, Annika had already worked at ICTRecht for a year as a Legal Assistant.
