Bas Dekker

Bas Dekker works as Legal Counsel at ICTRecht. He focuses on IT contracts and advises customers and suppliers of software and cloud solutions on the legal aspects of cloud computing. He also advises on matters relating to corporate law, privacy and intellectual property law.

Before joining ICTRecht, Bas worked as a self-employed in-house lawyer at a semi-public organisation, where he mainly dealt with privacy matters. He also advised on digitalisation projects.

In addition to his day-to-day legal practice, he is interested in the impact of technological developments on society. He enjoys exploring topics such as big data and AI applications.
