Clint van Roosmalen

Clint works as a Corporate Recruiter and, together with his direct colleagues, is responsible for ensuring a strong match between candidates and ICTRecht. He not only focuses on candidates who apply on their own initiative, but also actively builds partnerships with student associations and universities. In addition to his recruitment role, Clint works with a group of colleagues on diversity and inclusion within ICTRecht. He graduated as an applied psychologist and previously gained experience at Heineken and Nespresso.

Within the recruitment team, Clint is known as the initiator of ‘the guilty pleasure hour’, with all possible consequences that entails.
