David den Bakker

Legal Counsel

David den Bakker works as Legal Counsel at ICTRecht and mainly advises on ICT-related contracts and data protection. David is part of the ICTRecht team in Eindhoven.

David has completed two bachelor’s degrees and a master’s degree in different areas of law. After obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in Dutch Law at Windesheim University of Applied Sciences, he went on to complete a Bachelor’s degree in European and International Law and a Master’s degree in European and International Business Law at Radboud University Nijmegen. During his studies, David gained experience in the legal field by assisting refugees as a legal adviser at VluchtelingenWerk. In addition, he served as a member of the Executive Board and the Central Participation Council at Windesheim, where he was involved in decision-making on policy and the strategic direction of the institution during the pandemic.

David is eager to learn, ambitious, enthusiastic and sociable, despite being a (computer) nerd.
