Diego Schat

Diego Schat works as Legal Counsel at ICTRecht. He deals with a variety of matters at the intersection of law and ICT, primarily in the areas of e-commerce and privacy.

Diego completed the Master’s degrees in IT Law, Private Law and Criminal Law at the University of Groningen. During his studies, he completed a bachelor internship at the Rechtswinkel Leeuwarden, where he also served a board year as treasurer. More recently, he completed a legal master’s internship at DDMA, the Dutch trade association for data-driven marketing. Diego’s interests mainly lie in e-commerce, privacy and artificial intelligence.
