Elfahmi el Bouazati

Elfahmi el Bouazati is Senior Legal Counsel. He has a strong interest in the interaction between law and technology. With an internal and multidisciplinary perspective, he moves seamlessly between law in the books and law in action. To maintain a coherent understanding of the ICT legal landscape, he closely monitors legislation, policy and case law. Through developing and sharing knowledge, he aims to help clients, colleagues and the sector bring order and structure to the interpretation and application of ICT legislation.

Elfahmi has experience in providing legal guidance and advice on both large and small ICT projects. He is actively involved in various bodies within and for the ICT sector.
