Eva van der Heide

Eva van der Heide works as Legal Counsel and Account Manager at ICTRecht. She advises organisations on matters relating to privacy and AI. As Account Manager, she acts as the first point of contact for clients. Eva is a Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe (CIPP/E) and a Certified Artificial Intelligence Compliance Officer (CAICO).

She completed both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in IT Law at the University of Groningen. During her studies, Eva was active as chair of the IT Law Clinic, where she supported individuals with practical legal advice. She also gained work experience at a law firm.
