Hamza El Masoudi

Hamza works as HR Officer at ICTRecht and ensures that HR processes not only run smoothly but are also continuously improved. He is involved in a wide range of HR matters and is committed to creating a pleasant and efficient working environment. In addition, Hamza plays an active role in AFAS-related projects, where he optimises and automates HR systems. With his practical and solution-oriented approach, he contributes to a future-proof and well-organised HR department.

With a master’s degree in Literary Studies from Leiden University and experience in project and account management, Hamza brings broad expertise to the table. He now uses his knowledge and skills to strengthen the HR team.
