Hediye Kamalizade

The right person in the right place: that is what Hediye makes happen. As Resource Manager within the Legal & Compliance team, she pieces together knowledge, ambitions and client needs until everything clicks. She looks beyond today, always keeping tomorrow in sight. Where do you want to go, and which assignment will get you there?

To do this, she works closely with Talent Managers, Recruitment and Commercial teams, among others. Together with her fellow Resource Manager, she also thinks ahead: what expertise will we need in the years to come, and how are trends and new technologies shaping our work?

She enjoys listening to what drives people, looks for solutions that work for everyone, and makes tough calls when needed. She also has a foot in information security as Senior Information Security Officer. ISO 27001, NEN 7510 and risk assessments? All in a day's work.

Outside office hours, you will find her in the woods, at the gym or in the saddle. And whenever animals are nearby, or there is space to create something, she is truly in her element.
