Irene Jin

In her role as Head of Recruitment and Selection, Irene is responsible for the commercial objectives of the department, connecting the right legal professionals with organisations, and the ongoing development of the Recruitment and Selection services. She focuses on business development and on building a strong network of both clients and legal specialists. Her goal is to position ICTRecht Recruitment and Selection as the leading legal recruitment partner in the Netherlands. Irene works closely with the commercial, marketing and recruitment teams and is determined to make Recruitment and Selection a leading player in the market.

Her passion for recruitment and entrepreneurship began during her studies. After graduating, she worked at two organisations where she helped set up secondment and recruitment departments. In 2022, she started as manager at Legal Students, a partner organisation of ICTRecht. She built Legal Students from the ground up and, in addition to her role as Head of Recruitment and Selection, is responsible for the overall management of Legal Students. This includes commercial, marketing, recruitment and HR activities.
