Jade Baltjes

Jade works as Legal Counsel at ICTRecht and supports organisations at the intersection of privacy, AI and ICT-related regulation. She translates complex legal frameworks into clear, practical solutions that align with the day-to-day practice of her clients, including public authorities and commercial organisations.

With a double Master’s degree in Internet Law, Intellectual Property and ICT Law and International Technology Law (both obtained cum laude at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam), Jade combines strong legal expertise with a sharp focus on digital developments. She previously gained experience at various (international) law firms and within the insurance sector in the fields of privacy, IT and intellectual property.

Jade is enthusiastic, proactive and enjoys working closely with organisations to address legal challenges in a concrete and future-oriented way.
