Jeannot Coomans

Jeannot works as Senior Legal Counsel at ICTRecht. He specialises in advising and supporting both national and international organisations in the field of privacy and IT law. A significant part of his work consists of reviewing, drafting and negotiating IT agreements, with a particular focus on SaaS providers. In addition, he advises organisations on implementing privacy legislation in complex situations. Within ICTRecht, he is also closely involved in the expert group that focuses on developments in the field of AI. In this capacity, he mainly addresses the contractual aspects and implications of AI developments.
