Jorden Bailey works as Legal Counsel and is a Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe (CIPP/E). He specialises in complex legal matters and provides practical advice in the field of privacy. Jorden advises small organisations, multinationals and everything in between. He is also particularly experienced in advising on the use of biometric technologies, such as facial recognition, and has been appointed as Data Protection Officer for various organisations.
