Laura Monhemius

Laura Monhemius is Legal Counsel and Section Coordinator for Data and Privacy at ICTRecht. In this role, she advises on a wide range of privacy and telecommunications matters. Laura supports organisations with drafting agreements, data protection impact assessments, advice, policy documents and with conducting negotiations.

Laura specialises in the specific legal challenges relating to privacy and healthcare. She also closely monitors developments concerning the forthcoming ePrivacy Regulation. In addition, Laura is a Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe (CIPP/E), Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM) and Certified Information Privacy Technologist (CIPT).
