Lester Snackers

Lester is a former elite athlete (swimming) with multiple Dutch national titles to his name. After his sporting career, he successfully channelled his passion and perseverance into the business world. He currently works as Head of International at ICTRecht.

In this role, Lester is responsible for the company’s commercial objectives and for managing and guiding the commercial team. He focuses on acquisition, business development and building strategic partnerships. He also oversees the customer journey to ensure that clients have the best possible experience in their collaboration with ICTRecht.

As a member of the management team, Lester works closely with the executive board on the strategic growth of ICTRecht and contributes to the commercial results of all offices. With his background in sport and extensive business experience, Lester consistently strives to achieve the highest possible results and to add value for both clients and the organisation.
