Linsey Ganzeboom - Schaftenaar

Linsey Ganzeboom-Schaftenaar works as a Legal Counsel at ICTRecht. She is based at the Enschede office, where she provides both commercial and non-profit organisations with practical legal advice on privacy, information security and (ICT) contracts.

Linsey completed a bachelor’s degree in Law and a master’s degree in Law and Enterprise at Utrecht University. As a true local to the region, she was keen to return to Twente, where she worked for several years as an in-house lawyer and as a data protection officer in the software and high-tech sectors. As a result, she has extensive experience not only in contract law and privacy-related matters, but also in a wide range of business-related issues. This background enables her to provide advice that is legally sound and, above all, practically workable.
