Lotte van der Spek

Lotte van der Spek works as a Legal Counsel at ICTRecht. In this role, she deals with a range of issues related to digitalisation and law, with a particular focus on privacy and artificial intelligence.

Lotte completed the master’s programmes in Governance and Law in Digital Society and Constitutional and Administrative Law. Prior to this, she obtained a bachelor’s degree in Dutch Law, specialising in Public Administration and Law. During her studies, Lotte gained experience at Wetterskip Fryslân and within central government. She subsequently worked as a trainee in the field of digitalisation at three different government organisations.
