Macarena is Office Manager at our Amsterdam office. Together with her team, she ensures everything runs smoothly behind the scenes, so that colleagues, clients and candidates feel welcome and supported.

Whether it is greeting visitors, ordering lunches, supporting the Academy Center or handling requests from colleagues, Macarena keeps track of it all and makes sure everything is organised efficiently.

With extensive experience in dynamic, fast-growing international organisations, she brings considerable knowledge and expertise in process improvement and operational support.
