Machiel Takens

In his role as Business Development Manager, Machiel is responsible within ICTRecht for all services we offer our clients in the field of AI.

Machiel also works as a Legal Counsel specialising in AI, ICT contracts and privacy. He supports organisations with the implementation of legal and ethical frameworks for the responsible development and use of AI. In addition, Machiel advises on contractual arrangements relating to the purchase and sale of AI applications and other ICT services.

Machiel also has experience as a Privacy Officer and Data Protection Officer, advising on privacy matters and the implementation of privacy legislation. Machiel is a Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe (CIPP/E).
