Maxime Leijendekker

Maxime Leijendekker is Senior Legal Counsel at ICTRecht and specialises in privacy law. In her role, she advises organisations on a wide range of legal issues relating to privacy. Maxime is certified as a Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe (CIPP/E) and a Certified Cybersecurity Compliance Officer (CCCO).

Maxime supports organisations in drafting and reviewing privacy-related documents and provides clear legal advice that is directly applicable in practice. In addition, she acts as Data Protection Officer for various organisations and helps them to become and remain structurally GDPR compliant.

Within ICTRecht, Maxime is part of the healthcare team. In this role, she focuses on privacy issues within the healthcare sector, where careful handling of personal data is particularly important. With her experience and pragmatic approach, she ensures that legal compliance goes hand in hand with workable solutions in practice.
