Meliné Boghousian

Meliné works as a Legal Counsel at ICTRecht, focusing primarily on IT contracts and privacy law.

After completing her Master's degree in Intellectual Property Law, Innovation and Technology at Utrecht University, Meliné completed traineeships at several law firms specialising in IP, IT and privacy. Those experiences deepened her interest in these fields, which are defined by the continuous evolution of law in a rapidly changing digital society.

That curiosity shapes her work every day. Combined with an eagerness to learn and a hands-on approach, she helps organisations navigate an increasingly complex digital legal landscape, whether that means drafting and reviewing IT contracts or advising on GDPR compliance and data protection.
