Milan van der Spoel

Milan van der Spoel is Senior Legal Counsel and Manager at ICTRecht. As Manager, Milan is responsible for leading and supporting our staff and for carrying out general management tasks. He is also involved in commercial activities and acts as the main point of contact for commercial relationships in the region. In addition to his management role, Milan specialises in ICT law and is keen to advise clients on IT contracts and e-commerce.
