Mirk Zwart

Mirk works as Legal Counsel at ICTRecht. In this role, he advises organisations on a range of legal matters, with a particular focus on privacy.

Before joining ICTRecht, Mirk worked on policy issues at an international organisation. His interest in technology and law led him to ICTRecht. He previously completed a Master’s degree in Civil Law at Leiden University, with research into liability for AI systems, and a Master’s degree in Law and Economics at LUMSA University in Rome, focusing on human oversight of AI.

Mirk is a sociable “nerd” who is always open to a good conversation about the latest technological gadgets and developments.
