Paola den Ouden

Paola works as Legal Counsel at ICTRecht. In this role, she advises organisations on a wide range of legal issues, with a particular focus on privacy and artificial intelligence.

After completing her Bachelor’s degree in Law and the honours programme Utrecht Law College at Utrecht University, Paola obtained a Master’s degree in Intellectual Property Law, Innovation and Technology. Alongside her studies, she worked at the Utrecht Law Clinic and at various law firms, where she focused on legal issues relating to intellectual property, IT, privacy and technology. Her interest in AI technologies and the regulation of AI ultimately led her to ICTRecht.

Paola is a driven and enthusiastic lawyer who is always open to a good cup of coffee and an engaging conversation about the latest developments at the intersection of law and technology.
