Paul van der Gun

Paul is Legal Counsel at ICTRecht. In his role as Legal Counsel, Paul primarily focuses on privacy matters. His work also centres on AI compliance, intellectual property law and IT contracts. He enjoys tackling individual, challenging issues, as well as guiding clients from A to Z with day-to-day legal advice.

Paul completed his Bachelor’s degree in Law and his Master’s degree in Law and Technology at Tilburg University. During his studies, he served on the general board of his study association and held seats on both the faculty council and the university council. While completing his Master’s degree, he undertook several internships in legal practice and subsequently gained further experience as a legal assistant.

Paul values open communication and believes that ‘team work makes the dream work’. Outside work, he can often be found in the kitchen, at the gym or on the tennis court. Whether it concerns a tennis match or legal advice, Paul starts with good service, a solid game strategy and a clear understanding of the playing field.
