Pelçim Kaygusuz

Pelçim Kaygusuz is Senior Legal Counsel and AI Section Coordinator at ICTRecht. She supports organisations with legal and strategic questions relating to technology, with particular expertise in artificial intelligence.

Her practice covers a broad range of IT and technology matters. She advises on AI, compliance, governance, implementation and contracting, and also supports traditional IT matters such as IT contracts. Pelçim also has a particular specialism in medical devices and the role of AI within them.

Alongside her advisory work, Pelçim delivers training through the ICTRecht Academy, where she shares her expertise through courses, workshops and knowledge sessions.

She is a Certified AI Compliance Officer (CAICO®) and holds a Master’s degree in International Technology Law from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
