Pelçim Kaygusuz

Pelçim Kaygusuz works as Legal Counsel and AI section coordinator at ICTRecht. She advises cloud service providers, their suppliers and customers on the legal aspects of cloud computing. Her expertise includes the specific legal challenges faced by healthcare institutions in the cloud and the legal aspects of artificial intelligence.

Pelçim completed the Master’s degree in International Technology Law at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. During her studies, she gained legal experience in a variety of settings.
