Peter Kager
Chief Quality Officer (CQO)Peter is Chief Quality Officer (CQO) at ICTRecht. In this role, he is responsible for safeguarding the quality of the firm’s work. With his many years of experience as a privacy and ICT lawyer, he ensures that clients consistently receive what they may expect from ICTRecht: practical, expert and concrete advice. In addition, he is involved in developing and renewing all of ICTRecht’s business processes.
Peter is a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) and holds the Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe (CIPP/E) and Certified Information Privacy Technologist (CIPT) certifications. He is also Secretary and Vice-Chair of the Dutch Association of Data Protection Officers (NGFG).
