Raoul van de Laak

Raoul works as Resource Manager at ICTRecht. As Resource Manager, he is responsible for key partnerships with our partners, such as Thuiswinkel, DHPA, SIDN and Evidos. He acts as the main point of contact, ensures that everything runs according to plan and explores opportunities to further develop these collaborations. He is also continuously looking for new partnerships and is actively involved in setting them up.

In addition, Raoul has been working as Legal Counsel for a considerable period of time, with a focus on e-commerce and digitalisation. He specialises in consumer law, online commercial agreements, such as brokerage, agency and distribution, digitalisation projects, including electronic signatures, and domain names.
