Sanaa el Akhdar

Sanaa is a Senior HR Business Partner within the HR team. In this role, she serves as both a sounding board and a sparring partner for the organisation on everything people-related. Whether the topic is policy, development or organisational design, Sanaa thinks along, advises and follows through. That combination of strategic insight and a people-centred approach makes her a valuable conversation partner at every level. She is the person you turn to when something is on your mind, when you want to test an idea, or when you simply need to think something through.

With a background in Human Resource Management and extensive experience as a Business Partner and Head of HR, Sanaa has a keen understanding of how organisations work and what people need to thrive. She knows not only how things should look on paper, but also how they play out in practice.
