Stan van Riemsdijk

Stan van Riemsdijk is Senior Legal Counsel at ICTRecht. He is a Certified Information Privacy Professional Europe (CIPP/E), Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM) and Certified AI Compliance Officer (CAICO), and focuses on the legal aspects of privacy, data protection and AI.

Stan supports a wide range of organisations on a daily basis, from commercial companies and political parties to public authorities and IT service providers. He encourages in-depth analysis and is often involved in privacy assessments, DPIAs and the drafting of strategic advice. He also shares his expertise through in-house training sessions on these topics. In addition, Stan acts as Privacy Officer and Data Protection Officer (DPO) for several organisations, where he serves as a fixed point of contact for safeguarding privacy and compliance.
