Susanna Nijsten

Susanna works as Legal Counsel at ICTRecht. She primarily focuses on contracts and privacy law matters.

She obtained her bachelor’s degree in European Law at the University of Groningen and subsequently completed the master’s programmes in Commercial Legal Practice and Information Law at the University of Amsterdam. During her studies, she completed internships at several law firms and worked as a paralegal at De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek.

After graduating, she made a brief move into marketing, working for several years as a copywriter both in the Netherlands and abroad. Ultimately, her love for the legal profession prevailed, and Susanna now works again with great enthusiasm as a Legal Counsel. With her broad background, strong affinity with language and a healthy dose of empathy, Susanna provides creative and pragmatic advice.
