Suzanne Ballast

Suzanne works as Legal Counsel at ICTRecht. In this role, she primarily focuses on privacy law. Her interests are broad, and she is equally comfortable dealing with other ICT law matters. She enjoys tackling individual, challenging issues as well as guiding clients from start to finish through the implementation of complex legislation and regulations.

Suzanne completed both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in IT Law at the University of Groningen. Alongside her studies, she enthusiastically took part in various committees within her study association, provided advice at the IT Law Clinic and completed an internship at a law firm. Her preference for the dynamic field of IT law was only strengthened through these activities.

You will rarely find Suzanne in a bad mood. She has a fondness for the hospitality sector and is easily pleased with strong coffee, a good glass of wine and good company.
