Tom de Quack

Tom works as an IT Administrator within the IT & Operations team at ICTRecht. He focuses on improving IT processes, resolving incidents and supporting colleagues with technical questions, all with the aim of making work easier and more efficient.

After several years as a template and software developer, he discovered that he gained more satisfaction from supporting users and solving concrete IT issues. This insight led to his current role as IT Administrator. He understands that IT is not just about systems, but above all about the people who use them. That is often where the real challenge lies.
