Vivian Akkermans

Vivian is Legal Counsel in the Healthcare section at ICTRecht. She holds a Master's in Tax Law (Tax & Technology) from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and a Master's in Health Law from the University of Amsterdam. Through her studies and earlier work experience, she has built a broad legal foundation.

Her interests lie primarily in legal questions at the intersection of law, technology, and healthcare. She enjoys approaching complex issues from multiple perspectives and translating legal rules into practical solutions.

Vivian is curious, eager to learn, and pragmatic by nature. She likes to immerse herself in new subjects and looks beyond the purely legal dimension of any given question.
