Vivianne Vermeulen

Vivianne Vermeulen works as Legal Counsel at ICTRecht. She handles disputes in the fields of e-commerce, intellectual property and domain names.

Vivianne studied criminal law and intellectual property law at Radboud University in Nijmegen. After graduating in 2012, she worked as a legal professional at various organisations involved in the enforcement of both copyright and trade mark rights. She also worked as a lecturer in Intellectual Property Law at Radboud University.

Vivianne has extensive experience in dispute resolution and conflict management between involved (online) parties in the field of e-commerce and online platforms. She enjoys exploring ways to make the internet safer and more user-friendly.
