As Legal Counsel at ICTRecht, Willem ten Cate advises on a wide range of legal matters, with a strong focus on ICT law and privacy law. Willem has gained experience in legal practice, the corporate sector and government. In addition, he ran his own legal advisory firm, where he assisted clients with tenancy law matters and conducted legal proceedings. Thanks to this broad experience, he is able to approach legal issues from multiple perspectives. Within the team, he uses his extensive legal expertise to translate complex legislation and regulations into practical and clear advice.
