Reliable oversight for the responsible handling of personal data

With an experienced Data Protection Officer (DPO) in your organisation you are assured of the careful handling of personal data. Our DPO provides independent oversight of the proper use of personal data and advises the organisation on this. This means involvement in all processes where personal data are used. If you have questions or need immediate support you can always rely on the expertise of our professional.

Which tasks can the DPO perform?

  • Advising on and monitoring compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation
  • Setting up and supervising the records of processing activities
  • Advising on Data Protection Impact Assessments
  • Drafting, negotiating and concluding data processing agreements
  • Drafting and reviewing privacy documents
  • Supporting the management of data breaches
  • Supporting the handling of data subject requests
  • Raising internal awareness
  • Communicating with the Dutch Data Protection Authority

Choose a DPO who fits your organisation

1. Remote DPO
Does your organisation only need a DPO for a few hours each month? Then our remote DPO is an ideal solution.

2. In-house DPO
Do you need a DPO working inhouse? That is also possible. This ensures you always have the right expertise within your organisation.

3. Additional support for your internal DPO
We offer your DPO the option to consult with us or receive extra support. We can also act as a Privacy Officer for your DPO. Read more.
