Jasper Gevers

Jasper Gevers works at ICTRecht as a Trainee Business Development, where he focuses on the organisation’s growth. His work spans internal compliance, exploring new opportunities and translating data insights into action.

Jasper has deliberately built a broad background. He studied Industrial Engineering and Management in Eindhoven, focusing on process optimisation and change management. Alongside his studies, he gained hands-on experience as a Team Leader at Prodrive Technologies in the semiconductor industry, where he learned how to move people and processes forward in harmony. To place matters in the right context, he subsequently studied Law for a year at the University of Amsterdam.

At ICTRecht, he is further developing within Business Development, leveraging his background to deliver data‑driven solutions and process optimisation. An interdisciplinary approach is the common thread in his work.

Outside the office, you’ll find him on the tennis court or delving into human behaviour and practical–philosophical questions. He believes that, with the right effort, anything can be learned. His backhand tests that belief regularly.
