Jay Remmelzwaal

Jay Remmelzwaal works as Legal Counsel at ICTRecht. He is a Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe (CIPP/E) and is involved, among other things, in the legal aspects of privacy and employment law.

Jay supports a wide range of organisations on a daily basis, from SMEs to large international companies. His work includes drafting privacy statements, negotiating data processing agreements and developing privacy policies. Advising on employment law matters, guiding dismissal processes and drafting (employment) agreements are also part of Jay’s responsibilities. A combination of these two areas of law results in privacy in the workplace, a subject in which Jay specialises.

Before joining ICTRecht, Jay worked at an employers’ association, where he was also involved in privacy and employment law matters.
